Flint Ridge is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Director to lead our respiratory team and make a lasting difference for residents with complex respiratory needs.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily respiratory department operations, staffing, and quality of care.

• Support residents with ventilator, tracheostomy, and other respiratory care needs.

• Train and mentor respiratory staff, including completing competency reviews.

• Partner with nursing, physicians, and other departments to coordinate care.

• Maintain accurate documentation, equipment readiness, and regulatory compliance.

• Identify opportunities to improve resident outcomes and department practices.

What You’ll Bring

• Active Ohio Respiratory Care Professional license.

• Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

• A hands-on, supportive approach to leadership.

• Previous supervisory or respiratory department leadership experience preferred.

• Long-term care experience preferred.
